Dad tasks! Let me help improve your home/living situation, and make it safer.

I enjoy doing Dad tasks, I can help you fix things around the house, replace filters/light bulbs install water filters, set up dehumidifiers ect winterize your home and check for leaks, or holes, help with minor pest control and prevention of entry for pests. rearrange furniture, declutter, clear our attics/basements, paint walls or furniture, help decorate your home for holidays or other ect reasons or desires. Replace batteries, test smoke/carbon detectors, organize books/records/household supplies, or toss expired items out. Caulk or seal holes, plumbing, cracks ect. Lubricate hinges, joints. Fix loose knobs, handles, screws ect. I can fix flooring, patch up or fix walls, install simple plumbing fixtures, carpet or refloor a room. Refinish a tub/sink or toilet that looks old/dingy. I can weatherize patios/or wood furniture. I can put together furniture, and also help you pack, or move.  General lawn work (not grass cutting) I can help you manage your garden, fertilize plants, water them, clear the yard up, move things around in the yard, trim plants/trees, pest control, yard lights install, mulch, leaves clearing ect. 
**What I cannot do is help with transportation of any kind.  Use heavy machinery. 
I cannot do any electrical or plumbing work. I cannot do any roof work or fix a major issue that requires a specialist or trained professional. I will not do any work in a moldy home, or fix a moldy situation. Your home must be safe from aggressive pets, safe to walk and move around in, and smoke free in order for me to help you.
