My need is an afternoon dog walker 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm every day in Mt. Vernon.  Rocky is a service dog, and wears his gear.  He's gentle and a happy dog to walk.  Walks will be about 25 minutes out and back home.  He likes Humans!!
