My neighbor, Joni, needs someone dependable to walk her service dog, Rocky 3 times a day. I've been doing it for over a year but I have to take some time off for a surgery and recovery. He needs to go out between 8-9 am, at 2-3 pm, and then at 8-9 pm daily.
