Did you know you can get paid for just making phone calls, posing as a potential renter - to apartment complexes - from the comfort of your home and earn an income?! Phone calls to get insurance quotes (I did one for auto insurance and after I made my 3 calls - filled out my report - I called the one company back and saved $$$ switching!), ask about autos for sale, visits to movie theaters to see a FREE movie (in return for counting seats and patrons - called "theater checks" - Earn FREE tickets to amusement parks? A week ago I took a child for photos with Santa at a local mall - and I got total compensation of $50 for the purchased photos (which I kept), plus $60 for the work I did evaluating the customer service (I gave my 10 yr old assistant $20 of that!), and more for expenses. I got paid via paypal 10 days after the visit. There was an offer for (it's a regular one) walking the Baltimore Inner Harbor, making observations (can be done in about an hour), some photos, evaluating the cleanliness and presence of security, etc. that one paid $90 and had NO upfront expenses! The National Aquarium shops regularly - every month - that reimburse an adult and child or two adults and child/ren for visiting and evaluating things like the dolphin show, gift shop, ticket purchasing experience, etc. Something like $150 I believe that one pays. It's almost like going to these places for FREE! If you need a hotel for one night (plan a mystery shop there!), or want to earn 10 free tickets (in advance) to go to Dutch Wonderland next year - I can hook you up.
AND unless you earn over $599 in one year (above expenses such as travel, tickets needing to be bought, etc.), then it is also not income taxed - nor is it reported to the IRS by the shopping companies. You are a contractor.
To learn, you can tag along with me - if you promise not to blow my anonymity - and I can take you out to Texas Roadhouse or another restaurant that I pick up an assignment for - and you can observe me at work to see exactly how it's done. (That restaurant will only pay $25 of the check, I believe - but it's still better than paying full price!)
If you have an eye for detail, can tell a good story, like to evaluate or give feedback on customer service, like to work when you want to, as little or as much as you want to, can upload a photo from your phone, have access to the internet to get assignments, etc. I can hook you up. I have been a mystery shopper for over 30 years. I have worked for over 50 different mystery shopping companies. It IS legitimate, but there are scams out there to be wary of. I have only seen 2 in my years, but know how to spot those, too.
