She is not yet a member here -so I will give the credit/s necessary for someone to come up with some possible apartments that meet my friend's housing needs. She is a mature female, no pets (but loves cats) and on the transplant list and needs to stay close to her medical care team for that reason. She has limited transportation. She has bad knees and needs also to be no more than 1 floor up or down stairs. Budget is up to max $850/month. Looking preferably in Charles Village, Waverly, Mt Vernon, Hamden, Roland Park, etc. areas. Has 1st month/last deposit money and her credit she is building up from 662 currently. Many references available. She is very trusting and got burned a few times financially from others who took advantage of her - hence the less than stellar credit. Needs a place ASAP. Due to her health needs - shelters are not an option. Thank you!
